Was there not supposed to be an event in Shinjea and Lions Arch starting April 27th-29th, ending at 11:59 P.M? I have gone to Lions Arch every three hours and there have been no fireworks, no event. I'm confused.

Finally, you can enjoy your cupcakes and unwrap your gifts under a sky filled with pyrotechnics. Fireworks displays will commence in Kamadan, Shing Jea Monastery, and Lion's Arch every three hours starting at 12:01 AM PST on April 28th. Don't miss this event. Guild Wars only turns two once, and we plan to make the most of the occasion. You should, too!

See that? I should not have to go to Shing Jea, because it says right there on the official website that I can see this in Lions Arch. I couldn't go to Shing Jea even if I wanted to. I don't have the expansion.

I thought the ending was being set back to 11:59pm on Monday because of all the err7s?

Thought I'm sure you can see the fireworks before then. Someone has already posted about it.

I have not been able to find any discussion about it.

I saw the fireworks already in LA, they were shooting out of the heads of all the npc's. Nothing too spectacular, same as when they set them off in House Zu Heltzer or Cavalon.

I saw several sets of fireworks - are you sure you had your time zone conversions done correctly?

(If you've ever seen a fireworks display in GW then you haven't missed anything, and there was no 'event' like during actual holidays)

Yeah they should have make it night time in LA, the fireworks would be much better at night. Also there are no sound effect for the fireworks, and where are the dancing girls and beercakes?.

I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but this event just did not have the pizzazz
of the others that preceded it.. Spoke with other guild members and I am not the only one who felt this way, had more fun at the 1st annual day of the tengu event.
